Ordering & Shipping Policy
Ordering Information: Find the products that you would like to order, enter the quantity desired, then click on the Add to Cart button under the quantity. Continue shopping until you are ready to check out, and then you will be directed to our effortless purchasing process and be able to complete your purchase. Security: We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for orders. This option secures your payment information by enabling 128-bit encryption for all transmissions. This means that the sensitive information cannot be seen by anyone other than the receiver.
Shipping: We have a wonderful shipping policy for you that will allow our customers in the lower 48 states to enjoy free shipping when their order total is $125 or more. If you don't need that much, shipping is just $7.95 (via USPS or UPS) to those states and only $9.95 to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and outer Territories. We hope this will encourage those of you that are in the farther reaches of the 48 states to order our unique and one-of-a-kind products. Be sure to complete your shipping information with adequate street address including any suite numbers, apartment numbers, floors and zip codes. We require telephone numbers on all order before it can be shipped. This will be used for delivery purposes only.
Delivery: We ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped from our store in 3-5 business days. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered and sent to you as soon as it becomes available. If you need an item for a particular event on a specific date, please call us to verify that your desired items are in stock and can arrive in time for your event.
We accept Master Card, Visa, and payments via Check under special circumstances.
